There is a strap you can use around your waist keep the pillow in place. It comes with another small pillow.Caring for this is easy as there is a zip-off removable pillow cover that is machine washable. It has a pocket on the side. Cutest PatternLove the retro looking pattern. Very sturdy and nicely filled. Perfect to give your back a break. Love the strap. Had a little pillow for extra support of babies head. Nice fabric easy to clean if spit up gets on it.

Comfy pillowThis is a nice feeding pillow. Large in size and can easily support a feeding newborn. I like the option of being able to strap it around you which reduces the incidences of it sliding out or moving while using. The color are pretty and the material is soft for baby to lay on. It also comes with a newborn pillow which is cool. Overall happy with this.

PerfectPerfect breastfeeding pillow. Baby is sleeping on it now while I write this review. We absolutely love it, especially the tiny baby head pillow. Planning on bringing it on a long flight, so baby can sleep comfortably on my lap.
